Guardian

This is my favorite watercolor piece to date. Trouble is, it's mixed media...so I'm not sure I can consider it watercolor. XD

So, life had been pretty hectic for the past 6 months. Lots of things going on that have pulled me many different ways. Sometimes, I just want to lock myself away from contact and let go of things for awhile. Hence the sketch for this painting.

Done in watercolors, Prismacolor markers, Tombo brush markers, Staedtler and Micron pens, and acrylic paint.
